This is the directory for one of my side projects, Nothing Good Ever Happens. Here you'll find some basic info, gamedev screenshots (hopefully), character pages etc. If/when i eventually finish the game it'll also probably double as a guide of sorts if i make it that way

Currently it's centered around Asher (a denizen) and his friend Connifer attempting to venture to their local Botanical Gardans and most definitely making it there without any interference by anyone at all.

The whole story has been in development since somewhere around February 2023 and was mainly born from my issues revolving around social avoidance/isolation at the time
(this is also essentially just the "this guy doesn't have a real actual story so i'll just squeeze them in here" oc universe so expect some familiar faces if you've been around the cainverse for a while)

This page layout was heavily inspired by 2015 Tumblr layouts (I would've gone with ones from 2014 to be thematically accurate but tbh they all had the same premise anyway), namely belovedtomboyish by v1rin and 🚀 by reddddo

Nothing good is aesthetically based around my fondness for 2012~2014 tumblr art pastel gore "saying gomen instead of sorry" etc. etc. culture so i thought it'd be pretty fitting to make this page a faux tumblr blog thing.
